§ 12. PENALTY.

Violation of this ordinance [Appendix D] shall be deemed a civil ordinance violation and shall be punishable as follows:
A.

Revocation of the TUP; and

B.

A fine of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per day for each day that the violation exists or continues to exist after notification of violation.

C.

The city may file suit against the permittee in a court of competent jurisdiction for declaratory or injunctive relief.
