§ 10-67. Same—Powers and duties; qualification.

The board of trustees of the firemen's pension fund shall perform the functions, and have the powers and duties provided for such board of trustees by the statutes of the state and such ordinances of the city as are not in conflict therewith, and qualify for such position as provided by law.
