§ 12-31. Enforcement.

This article shall be enforced by the city attorney serving the city, officers of the Effingham County Sheriff's Department, such police officers employed by or acting on behalf of the city, the Effingham County Health Department, and/or the corporate authorities of the city or such other person or agencies so designated by the corporate authorities of the city.
