Article V. DISCHARGE OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES WITHIN THE CITY AND ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR THE MITIGATION, REMEDIATION AND REMOVAL

§ 13-67. Miscellaneous provisions.

(a)

Invalidity. In the event a court of competent jurisdiction declares any particular provision of this article to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this article shall be construed to be valid and enforceable. The invalidity of any part of this article shall not affect any other part or parts thereof.

(b)

Any ordinance of the city contrary to the terms and conditions of this article shall be deemed to be repealed.
