§ 17-5. Smoking in City Hall.

(a)

Prohibited. Except as herein otherwise provided, no person shall smoke or carry a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe or match at any time while in City Hall or fire station No. 1 located at 201 South Banker Street, Effingham, Illinois.

(b)

"No smoking" signs. The fire official of the City of Effingham is authorized to post "No Smoking" signs at appropriate locations within City Hall.
