§ 17-136. Purpose and scope.

The purpose of this article is to implement the policy set forth above by:

(a)

Prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, creed, ancestry, national origin, or physical or mental handicap in the marketing, disposition and financing of housing; and

(b)

Establishing procedures for the fair and efficient administration and enforcement of such regulations.
