§ 19-1. Comprehensive plan adopted.

The Effingham Comprehensive Plan, Effingham, Illinois, as prepared for the city by the city plan commission and Booker Associates, Inc., St. Louis, Missouri, and dated February, 1995, is hereby adopted by the city as a comprehensive plan of development, which plan is from this time forward to be known as "Comprehensive Plan of the City of Effingham, Illinois;" and all future developments of the area as noted by such plan shall be in compliance with the general requirements as therein set forth.
