§ 19-16. Definitions.

When used in this article, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings given:

Commission shall mean the Effingham Industrial Commission.

Corporate authorities shall mean the duly elected city council.

Municipality shall mean the city.

Statutes shall mean the statutes of the state.
