§ 19-21. Meetings; quorum.

  • The commission shall, by rule, provide for regular meetings not less than once each quarter. No special notice need be given for regular meetings. The chairman or any other two (2) commission members may call special meetings at any time upon twenty-four (24) hours written notice. Notice of special meetings may be waived by giving written waiver of notice to the secretary before or at such special meeting. Attendance at such special meeting shall constitute a waiver of notice of such special meeting. A majority of the commission shall constitute a quorum.
