§ 20-36. Appeals.

Any applicant for a permit under this chapter or the state minimum code of plumbing standards shall have the right to appeal from the decision of the plumbing inspector to the building code board of appeals under provisions of section 127.0 et seq. of the building code of the city. Such board shall have the same powers, duties and authority over the plumbing inspector and the plumbing code herein adopted as they do over the building code of the city and the city building official.
