§ 20-52. Appointment.

The plumbing inspector of the city, who shall be a plumber licensed by the state, shall be appointed in accordance with section 2-356(f) of this Code. In the absence of such an appointment, the city building official shall act as plumbing inspector; provided that, the city building official is a plumber licensed by the state.
