§ 22-12. Temporary marking of city streets for events.

Individuals and organizations will be allowed to use tape, stakes, chalk, or other temporary methods of marking event paths so long as all markers are removed within forty-eight (48) hours of the end of the event.

Said individuals may not apply any type of paint to any surface within the City of Effingham right-of-way unless the paint is approved by the city.

Below is the current known list of running events for the City of Effingham;
