§ 22-8. License required for use of streets, etc., by cable television systems.

No person shall use or occupy the streets, alleys or other public places of the city for the purpose of establishing, constructing, acquiring, maintaining or operating a cable television electronic circuit system without first securing a license, permit or franchise to do so from the city.
