§ 22-66. Provisions declared supplemental.

The provisions of this article shall be in addition and supplemental to all other provisions of this Code and ordinances. Any portion of this Code, ordinances, resolutions or parts thereof in conflict herewith shall, to the extent of such conflict, be and are hereby repealed.
