§ 22-138. Final National Categorical Pretreatment Standards.

(a)

Job shop and independent printed circuit board manufacturers regulated by the electroplating point source category (40 CFR Part 413), as amended, have been given a compliance date of April 27, 1984. Integrated electroplating facilities regulated by the electroplating point source category, as amended, have been given a compliance date of June 30, 1984. The limitations for this point source category are found in Appendix A of this article.

(b)

Industrial users regulated by the metal finishing point source category (40 CFR Part 433) have been given a compliance date of February 15, 1986. The limitations for this point source category are found in Appendix B of this article.
