§ 23-107. Certificate of registration.

It shall be unlawful and a violation of this article for any person to engage in the business of renting, leasing or letting rooms in a hotel within the city without a certificate of registration issued by the Illinois Department of Revenue under the provisions of 35 ILCS 145/5.
