§ 23-169. Deadlines.

If any date upon which any specific action is required to be taken under this article by either a taxpayer or the city falls upon a Saturday or Sunday or upon a holiday recognized by the city, then the date for such specific action shall be deemed to be extended to the next regular business day of the city.
