§ 24-80. Water revenue.

The revenues of the waterworks shall be held and disbursed in accordance with Ordinance 17-93 and Ordinance No. 31-93 of the city, said ordinances authorizing the issuance of water revenue bonds, and in accordance with the contract between the City of Effingham and the Effingham Water Authority authorized by Ordinance No. 272 and in accordance with any future bond ordinances passed by the City of Effingham.
