§ 2-6.1. Depositories designated.

The following are hereby designated as depositories of the City of Effingham:

1st Mid Illinois Bank and Trust;

Crossroads Bank;

Midland States Bank;

Fifth Third Bank;

First National Bank of Dietrich;

National Bank;

Prairie National Bank; and

Washington Savings Bank.

The depository relationship governed by this section may be terminated by the City of Effingham by written notice to said banks or by said banks by written notice to the City of Effingham.
