§ 2-93. Special meeting.

Special meetings shall be called by the mayor or any two (2) commissioners upon forty-eight (48) hours' notice to every member of the council. Such notice shall be served by any means necessary; it shall be the duty of the city clerk to serve such notice, as soon as he or she receives it. Only those items that warranted said meeting shall be discussed and/or considered for approval. Local media outlets will be made aware of the calling of such meeting and the specific topics that warranted said meeting, forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting.
