§ 2-386. Minimum employment age.

Latest version.

The minimum age for employment shall be eighteen (18) years of age, except for Commissioned Police Officers and Fire Fighters, who shall be twenty-one (21) years of age. The minimum age for employment of seasonal employees shall be eighteen (18) years of age.
