§ 2-361. Building official.

(a)

Position created; assistants; appointment; compensation; term. There is hereby created a building official which may be assisted by as many assistant building officials as may be determined by the city administrator. The building official shall be appointed in accordance with section 2-356(f) of this chapter. The salary of the building official shall be established by the city council by ordinance.
