§ 4-4. Adoption of state law.

Latest version.

All of the provisions of the Illinois Liquor Control Act and of the rules and regulations issued by the Illinois Liquor Control Commission, which are or may hereafter be in force, which are applicable to the City of Effingham, are hereby incorporated into and declared to be a part of this article the same as if they were expressly set forth herein.
