§ 7-46. Adoption of the NFPA 70 National Electric Code, 2008 Edition.

There is hereby adopted by reference the NFPA 70 National Electric Code, 2008 Edition, as published by the National Fire Protection Association (hereinafter referred to as the "NEC 2008"), subject to the additions, insertions, deletions, and modifications prescribed in Section 7-47 of this Article.
