§ 7-66. Grievance procedure.

Any owner, or electrical contractor as the owner's agent, having a grievance because of any order issued by the chief electrical inspector shall have the right of review to the electrical commission. A petition to review shall be filed with the electrical commission within ten (10) days after the order shall have been issued. A hearing on the grievance shall be held by the electrical commission within a thirty-day period. The aggrieved party shall have the right to appear and be heard on the grievance.
