§ 7-96. Same—Certificate not assignable or transferable; suspension or revocation.

The certificate of registration issued by the city shall not be transferable or assignable. A certificate of registration may, after hearing, be suspended or revoked by the city council upon recommendation of the electrical commission for failure or refusal of the electrical contractor to comply with this article or with the National Electrical Code.
