§ 19-37. Composition.

The city plan commission shall consist of nine (9) members, which shall consist of citizens of the city or persons residing within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city, appointed by the mayor on the basis of their particular fitness for their duty on the plan commission, subject to the advice and consent by the city council.
