§ 20-31. Plumbers, etc.; registration required; fee.

Every plumbing contractor, employing plumber, and self-employed journeyman plumber engaging in the business of plumbing in the city, shall cause his name, his residence and his place of business to be registered with the inspection division. No firm shall be issued a license unless it holds a certificate of registration in accordance with the plumbing license law of the state. A fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be paid annually to the inspection division.
