§ 20-32. Inspections.

(a)

Not less than one (1) inspection shall be made as to all work permitted under this chapter and such interim inspections may be made as are requested by the permit holder or, depending upon the extent, complexity, and nature of the work, as may reasonably be required by the inspection division.

(b)

The inspection division may cause to be used such cards, stickers, tags, decals or other instruments or forms which shall be furnished by it for requesting inspection, for notice of completion and for indicating approval or disapproval of the work, as the case may be, as such inspection division may find necessary or convenient to accomplish the purposes of this chapter, and when the same are so furnished the permit holder shall make such proper use thereof as may be reasonably required by the inspection division. Inspections shall be made within twenty-four (24) hours of the receipt by the division of request for inspection or notice that work is ready for inspection.
