§ 20-68. Fee; waiver.

(a)

No permit required by this division shall be issued until a fee for such permit, in the amount provided for in the city's building, electrical, and plumbing comprehensive fee schedule, as may be amended from time to time, shall have been paid in full.

(b)

Plumbing permit fees for buildings or structures owned by Effingham County, Douglas Township, Unit 40 School District, Effingham Park District, Effingham Library and the City of Effingham are hereby waived.
