§ 20-69. Grounds for denial.

No permit required by this division shall be issued for work to be done by a person, firm or corporation that has failed to correct other defective or faulty work as directed by the inspection division until such defective or faulty work has been corrected and brought into compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
