§ 22-95. Utility providers.

The regulations prescribed within article II of chapter 22 of the Municipal Code shall not apply to a utility provider, as that term is defined in City of Effingham Ordinance No. 46-2014.

Ord. No. 46-2014, § VIII, adopted Aug. 5, 2014, repealed the former § 22-95, and enacted a new section as set out herein. The former section pertained to public right-of-way permit form and derived from Ord. No. 18-2009, App. A, adopted May 5, 2009.
