§ 4-49. Drinking on public way.

No person shall consume any alcoholic liquor on any public property, including, but not limited to public highways, streets, alleys, parking lots and sidewalks, within the corporate limits of the city. This section shall not apply if a temporary-1 permit, temporary-2 permit, wine and beer permit, or public property café permit specifically authorizes the sale of alcoholic liquors on public property.
