§ 8-6. Registration of interments.

Latest version.

The city sexton shall keep a register of the date of interment, the name of the person buried, and military service. He or she shall cause to be prosecuted all persons who shall be guilty of the violation of any ordinance of the city in relation to the cemetery that may come to his or her knowledge.
