§ 16-138. Municipal parking lots.

(a)

No vehicle shall be parked in any municipal parking lot now owned or hereafter acquired or established by the city, for any period in excess of an eight-consecutive hour period, on all days excepting Sundays, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas. No vehicle within one hour of the time of leaving a restricted parking space shall be again parked in the same municipal parking lot.

(b)

No commercial or freight-carrying vehicle shall be parked in a municipal parking lot.
